Hello. I am Danielle.

I have been the Director of Quality and Beauty for Sephora.

A Master Esthetician (certified in oncological care).

A skincare product educator for dermatologists, med spas and plastic surgeons.

And now

a Cancer survivor.

I launched HealthySkinHalo.com in 2018 to help support people beset by a myriad of skin sensitivities such as eczema and acne. Aging skin issues. And challenges due to the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and medications. At the time, I had no idea that just two years later, I would be fighting for my own life.

In January 2020, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia and spent the next three years undergoing intense treatment, including two stem cell transplants. Remarkably, I was able to continue working from my hospital bed -- guiding patients and professionals through Healthy Skin Halo, offering hope, education, and skin support during their own healing journeys.

Today, I live with a chronic autoimmune condition, but I'm still here. I'm still helping. And I'm more passionate than ever about this work. Through HealthySkinHalo.com, I remain committed to empowering patients and professionals alike-with education, compassion, and the safest, most effective products available.

Today, I no longer see beauty as just skin-deep. I see it as connection. As care. As a form of comfort and self-respect. Because everyone deserves to feel seen, soothed, and supported — especially when they need it most.
